This theme will look into the critical issue of energy decarbonisation. Explore strategies, technologies, and policies driving the transition to a low-carbon energy landscape, mitigating climate change, and propelling the world towards a cleaner and more sustainable future.

This theme explores the role of cities and communities in achieving net zero emissions. It will focus on showcasing the best practices from different cities for implementing sustainable urban planning, low-carbon transportation, and community engagement to drive emissions reductions.

Speaker 4: Ts Steve Anthony Lojuntin, Director, Energy Demand Management, Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA Malaysia)

The talk by SEDA explores the Zero Energy Building (ZEB) as a key decarbonisation initiative. It delves into the strategies, technologies, policies and applications of integrated sustainable energy in the building sector towards supporting low carbon development and national net zero emissions agenda.
