You can register an account in HOPIN to create an account that is able to join the COPE-BEST 2022 event. Just press on the link provided here: https://www.hopin.com/cope-best-2022/.

STEP 1: ENTER THE EVENT PLATFORM
Use this link to go to the Event Platform page: https://hopin.com/events/cope-best-2021-e93c9358-d5e4-4284-ab50-ef8b03fed61b/new_login and enter the event password CBE2021 to enter the event.

STEP 2: LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Click on the "Log In to access the event" button to proceed to sign in to your account.

STEP 3: TYPE IN YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS
You can find your login info inside the email sent to you or using your email address as listed during registration as well as the password code: CBE2021 (This password can be changed later by yourself).

STEP 4: PRESS LOGIN BUTTON
After successfully sign in to your account, you will reach the Reception Area (as seen on the picture)

STEP 1: KNOW THE MAIN AREAS
There are only 5 areas you will be able to access in this virtual platform during the event:
1. Reception
2. Stage
3. Sessions
4. Networking
5. Expo

STEP 2: LEARN THE LAYOUT
To easily understand on how to use this platform, just imagine your screen into 3 different parts:
Left Side : Navigation Menu (Go to different areas)
Center : Event Content Area (Live Streaming)
Right Side : Chatbox and Q&A

STEP 3: CHANGE MY PROFILE
To change your profile details, kindly proceed to your UPPER RIGHT side of the screen and click on your profile photo. You can change your profile details as many time as you wished, however we recommend you to save your correct name and details for better engagement experience when networking with others in the event.
