Fareed Abdul Ghani

Fareed Abdul Ghani is the Founder-CEO of Mindsights Sdn Bhd, a consulting firm specializing in Human Capital development. With a background in law and merchant banking, Fareed’s extensive experience includes CEO roles in Utusan Group subsidiaries. He later served as the State Media & Communications Director to the Menteri Besar of Johor. He’s a certified coach under ICF and has coached management teams, executives, startups, and SMEs across various sectors.

Fareed has conducted coaching sessions totaling over 200 hours for clients such as ASTRO, Motorola, Perodua, FELDA, and more. He successfully led HRDCorp-PENJANA programs in Cyber Threat Detection and Response, engaging companies like PLUS, TM One, DIGI, and FGV.

Currently, Fareed focuses on developing Sustainability and ESG programs in collaboration with HRD Corporation Sdn Bhd. He partners with “Green” industries and specializes in Energy Efficiency, Waste-to-Energy, Electric Vehicle Charging, and Sustainability Education. He’s also a trainer and coach for the BEACON program at CEDAR SME Bank Berhad, delivering sustainability training to SME Bank’s financing clients.
