Ir. Au Chong Hun

Ir. Au Chong Hun is Director of Primetech Engineers Sdn Bhd and holds an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Malaya. He has diverse experience in a wide range of projects such as high rise, offices, institutional building, university campus, residential developments, mall, museum, warehouse, factories and infrastructure planning. He has also successfully led the implementation of sustainable strategies for a number of GBI Platinum and Gold buildings. Apart from his professional work, Ir. Au is also active in the industry and lectures regularly in various NGOs and universities on topics related to M&E design, Energy Efficiency and Fire Safety Design. He is a member in the Technical Committee for Fire Properties of Building Material and serves as a Working Group member for various Malaysian Standards. In 2020, 3 projects undertaken by Primetech Engineers Sdn Bhd were awarded with 4 National Energy Awards and 3 Asean Energy Awards. Two of these projects have been identified to be presented at COPE-BEST 2021.
