Mohd Rizal Abd Rahman

Rizal Rahman is currently Custodian Process Design Engineer and has been with PETRONAS for 20 years since his graduation. Holding “green DNA”, Rizal has spent half of his early years in Process Design & Project Engineering Management where he was trained as internal PETRONAS consultants delivering various project deliverables in Detail Feasibility Study (DFS), Front End Engineering Design (FEED) & Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) phase execution specifically for various PETRONAS Refinery, Petrochemicals & Gas Processing Plant.  

He has then progress further in the area of Operation, Production & Maintenance field and serve as Head of Production for Pengerang Steam Cracker Complex leading 150 Operation Executives, Maintenance Supervisor, Operation Field & 

Panel Operator and multi-engineering discipline Technicians whom duty sustaining plant production and acted as first line maintenance crew. He spent 5 years in Pengerang and before been brought back to Group Technical Solutions (GTS) to spearhead Refinery process Section for PETRONAS group-wide.  He has completed his full circle of Process Engineering & Operation Management role which qualify him as competent and well-versed in area of Project/Process design, Process Unit Operation, maintenance and repair.
