Mr. Sandeep Shirsat

Mr. Sandeep is presently heading Southeast Asia business operations for Thermax Onsite Energy Solutions Limited (abbreviated as TOESL), that provides Renewable Energy based sustainable utility solutions to its clients under the Build-Own-Operate model and partners them to achieve their sustainability / ESG goals. Presently, he is also Country Director – Thermax Sdn Bhd, Malaysia & based at Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to his present role, he was Country Manager – Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia for Thermax’s International Business Group that delivers Energy Efficiency & Enhancement Solutions in Industrial & Commercial Capex Utilities like Heat (Steam Boilers, Thermal Oil Heaters), Power, CoGen, Vapor Absorption Chillers, Water & Wastewater Treatment & Recycle Systems, Air Pollution Control, Steam & Condensate Management etc.

He is one of the key members to strategize Thermax’s internationalization drive along with consultant – McKinsey & Co. and past about 10 years, has contributed immensely to the robust growth for all product businesses of Thermax in Southeast Asia region.

In Energy & Environment segment, he carries 20+ years hands-on experience for B2B technical sales & marketing management in leading organisations like Thermax, Forbes Marshall, Virgo Engineers & Kirloskar Oil Engines.

Basically, a Mechanical Engineer & also MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, India
