Ir. Mohd Fadzil Ahmad Shah

Ir. Fadzil Shah has served as Committee Member for Malaysian Energy Services Companies (MAESCO) since 2018. MAESCO provides services to it’s over 60 Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) in areas of government liason, technical advisory and other support to its members.

An Electrical Engineer by background, prior to 2013, Fadzil served as consultant engineer in the built industry for over 18 years in Design and Implementation of Mechanical and Electrical Systems. Moving on, he focussed on the Sustainability Environment and was a key person for transformation of Perdana Putra, the Malaysian Prime Minister’s office into a Platinum Rated Building on Green Building Index Malaysia Certification. He has been involved in the design and delivery of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Projects in Malaysia, many of the Energy Performance Contracting Model and familiar with the challenges faced for such Zero Capex Financing Models.

Fadzil is a certified Green Building Commissioner, Energy Manager and M&V Certified Professional.
