Lim Lek Keng

Mr. Lim Lek Keng graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2020 with a major degree in chemical engineering. He continues to pursue his academic career as a PhD candidate in UTM under the guidance of Assoc Prof Dr Zarina. He is carrying out his research under UTM-PROSPECT. Mr. Lim is concentrating his efforts on creating a mathematical model for scheduling electric bus charging and optimising electric bus operation. He is also involved in developing a mathematical model to study the feasibility of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) integration with renewable energy. He wishes to develop a comprehensive framework for electric bus transition and operation. The comprehensive framework not only optimises the electric bus transition but also optimises the electric bus operation integrated with the grid condition, renewable energy and carbon mitigation.
